Akiva Hockey Team participated in the McCaig Gladiators’ Winter Classic Tournament along with five other Montreal elementary schools. The teams had the opportunity to meet and play elementary school teams from Japan and France that were also participating in the tournament. Not only a great athletics opportunity but also a wonderful learning experience with respect to cross-cultural sensitivity and global awareness.
