TSV Pfungstadt and TV Käfertal remain unbeaten in the men's 1st Bundesliga South. In addition, TV Schweinfurt-Oberndorf won 5:3 against TSV Calw in a thrilling match.

In the first set it was an open exchange of blows between the teams with very slight advantages of TSV Calw. Right from the start, the Käfertalers played dominantly and won the first set 11:4.
