Käfertal and pfungstadt continue with "white vest"

TSV Pfungstadt and TV Käfertal remain unbeaten in the men's 1st Bundesliga South. In addition, TV Schweinfurt-Oberndorf won 5:3 against TSV Calw in a thrilling match.

TV Waldrennach - TV Vaihingen/Enz 1:5 (7:11, 4:11, 5:11, 11:7, 4:11, 8:11)

Also against TV Vaihingen/Enz the grapes hang very, very high for Waldrennach. The TVV plays in the first three sets like from a cast. At the break of the set a reassuring 0:3 stands on the scoreboard. This figure had the highest rate on the site cricket bookies online. In set four, the home side reared back and was able to reduce to 1:3, also thanks to the TVV's sloppy play. In sets five and six it was again a dominant TVV, which had everything under control and made the victory perfect.

TV Unterhaugstett - TSV Pfungstadt 1:5 (9:11, 6:11, 3:11, 11:7, 6:11, 3:11)

TVU should have brought the first set home - 6:1 and 9:5 the home side was already in front, while TSV could not really convince until then. Shortly before the end of the set, TVU made a few mistakes and TSV immediately capitalized on them. From this point on, the course was already set. TSV went into the break with a 3:0 set lead, only to be caught off guard in the fourth set. The TVU shortened the gap to 1:3, but even this did not upset the TSV much and the fifth and sixth sets went to Hesse.

TV SW-Oberndorf - TSV Calw 5:3 (9:11, 11:8, 11:6, 11:8, 11:9, 9:11, 4:11, 15:13)

In the first set it was an open exchange of blows between the teams with very slight advantages of TSV Calw. After losing the first set, the TVO showed itself to be more compact and more relaxed than the TSV and took a 4:1 lead. In the sixth and seventh set TSV came up again and came back to 3:4. In the eighth set it was then pure tension, both teams gave nothing to each other and only at 15:13 the pendulum swung in the direction of the TVO. A great match, which tore the spectators from their seats one after the other.

TV Käfertal - TV Waibstadt 5:0 (11:4, 12:10, 11:7, 11:6, 11:4)

Right from the start, the Käfertalers played dominantly and won the first set 11:4. The attack consisting of Marcel Stoklasa and Nick Trinemeier acted efficiently and the defenders Felix Klassen, Nico Müller and Christof Jugel were able to put the opponent's details into play. Only in the second set of the match did the Mannheim team commit many own errors and fall behind as a result. Through a determined performance, the team fought its way back from an 8:10 deficit to win the set 12:10.

TV Käfertal won the following sets (11:7, 11:6, 11:4) and thus won the match 5:0. Not only the points, but also the clear set ratio can be important in the balanced league. "It was important for us to win the match and to be determined in all phases of the match not to give up any sets!" stated Christof Jugel. From set 3, Käfertal coach Leo Goth changed the defensive line. Marcel Moritz replaced Nico Müller and Maximilian Breier came in for Christof Jugel, making his first appearance in the 1st Bundesliga.
