Akiva held a school wide celebration of S.T.E.M with students exploring science, technology, engineering and math through the theme of outer space.
Students participated in a variety of science, technology, engineering and math activities throughout the day and were treated to a special visit from the McGill Astrophysics team. The McGill team led numerous fun science and physics workshops for the students including “make your own space comet”.
