On December 5th, Akiva School held our annual Kindness Day, this year entitled “The Power of Inclusion”. Students focused on what it means to them to be kind and how to reach out with simple acts of kindness to others.
As part of the day, Akiva also had a very special visit from our community police officer, Constable Laperrière from Westmount Station 12 who came to talk about bullying and cyber bullying with Akiva grades 4, 5 and 6.
