On Tuesday, March 7th, The Akiva School took part in World Math Day, a global challenge to get children, ages 4-18 excited about math. The Akiva team came out in full force and below are some of the statistics from the day:
– 1.57 million students from over 200 countries and territories took part in the World Education Games 2012.
– World math problems total problems solved: 293,571,830
– Akiva School total problems solved: 34,224
